We never retain copies of your photos beyond our service period. All digital files are permanently deleted within 30 days of completion, or immediately upon confirmation that you have successfully downloaded your photos—whichever comes first. This timeframe ensures that if you encounter any technical difficulties, your files remain safely available while protecting your long-term privacy.

During this period, your files are stored on secure, encrypted servers with industry-standard deletion protocols that ensure complete removal from our systems.
