Most photos can glide right through our scanners, but a few may need a little extra TLC. Don’t worry — we’ve got a plan for those too.

Before We Start

We will contact you upon receiving your enquiry email to discuss your needs, and send you an information / instruction sheet in preparation for your photo digitisation journey.

To Bulk Scan Your Photos

To keep things running smoothly, your photos should be:

• In good overall condition
• Free from tears, bends, or stickiness
• Clear of staples, tape, glue, or any foreign materials
• Removed from albums or frames
• Flexible—not mounted or laminated
• Sized between:
  Min: 63 x 89 mm (2.5 x 3.5 in)
  Max: 216 x 6096 mm (8.5 x 36 in)

Manual Scanning Is Needed For:

Some special photos need a more delicate touch. These include:

• Torn, bent, sticky, or damaged photos
• Older, fragile prints
• Tiny photos
• Mounted or stiff items
• Laminated images
• Photos up to A4 size

Getting Your Digital Files

Once we’ve worked our magic, your digital photos will be shared with you via a Dropbox link so you can start enjoying them right away!

Download access is unlocked as soon as payment is received.
